Lauren has over 10 years' experience in the private equity industry, initially administering a variety of private equity fund structures and subsequently managing a team with a diverse portfolio including closed-ended collective investment funds, fund of fund arrangements and investment holding structures.

In her current role as Client Director, Lauren forms part of the senior management team responsible for overseeing a significant and complex portfolio of multijurisdictional private equity clients, with varied administration and regulatory needs.  Lauren ensures the clients specific needs are met and is focussed on developments in the industry, whilst providing key management support to effectively ensure regulatory compliance.
