Claire specialises in private equity and real estate fund structures having gained 21 years' experience working in the finance and investment industry.

In addition to her senior management and Board responsibilities, Claire works closely with key clients and oversees management teams to ensure operational efficiencies are maintained at all times and will typically be asked by our clients to join the boards of their regulated funds and the associated investment and/or carry entities.

Over recent years, Claire has spent a significant amount of time developing and leading our Shari'ah compliant funds offering, managing the implementation and administration of real estate fund structures specifically designed for the GCC and Islamic investor market.

Claire also plays a key role in regulatory compliance matters, which has included working with our dedicated Compliance professionals in response to the Code of Practice for Fund Services Business, Certified Funds, Alternative Investment Funds and AIF Services Business. This has involved the development of specific policies, procedures and a comprehensive practical framework to ensure and demonstrate effective compliance.
