As a highly experienced leader, Carole was appointed Chief Operating Officer in October 2021.
Carole has previously held leadership positions in Capgemini Business Services and Capgemini Consulting, including Head of Business Transformation Services and Global Practise Head of Finance. She has taken responsibility for client delivery of business services and led large transformations for global clients.
As a qualified lawyer and accountant, Carole brings deep subject matter expertise in global business services and operations to her role at Ocorian.
