Job Description
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our growing recruitment team. The successful candidate will join a highly successful team of experienced recruiters and senior recruiters, and play a central role in a full range of recruitment activities.
You will be joining a high performing and inclusive team who recruit across all levels and departments within the business.
Main responsibilities
- Write adverts and manage applicants on multiple job boards
- Screen CVs and source new candidates via database, networking, advertising and LinkedIn
- Leverage current best practice sourcing methodologies including direct sourcing, Social Media, Industry focused professional networks, and job posting sites to find and attract highly qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships and good rapport with candidates
- Develop a pipeline of relevant and high quality candidates
- Format CVs and write candidate profiles for shortlisted candidates
- Proactively support team members to ensure we are attracting suitable candidates for live vacancies
- Help plan and execute recruitment social media campaigns in partnership with the Ocorian marketing team.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the applicant tracking system

Qualifications Required
- Experience of sourcing and screening candidates is desirable
- Knowledge of social media and how it can be used for recruiting and employer branding
- Goal orientated approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative, team-orientated individual
- High integrity and loyalty
- Able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- A keen interest and willingness to develop recruiting skills
