LPGP Connect Women in Private Debt New York

Ocorian is pleased to attend the LPGP Connect Women in Private Debt New York on 29 June 2022.

This event brings together senior women working within the private credit market, with a focus on the latest trends and developments. Now in its 4th year, the annual event continues to explore the challenges and opportunities for women in all areas of debt fund management.

Join over 30 industry-leading speakers to look at the most up-to-date issues for debt fund managers, and investors looking to build new networks and uncover the best opportunities globally.

Don’t miss out on the panel session, moderated by Ocorian’s Marc Van Rijckevorsel Head of BD for Corporate & Fund Services – US Region. It will take place from 11:00 am – 11:40 am and is entitled “The State of LIBOR transition in Direct Lending” and tackle tough questions such as:

  • In the middle market, direct lenders are trailing banks in their transition away from LIBOR. How should direct lenders handle the transition?
  • How is the gap in LIBOR and SOFR impacting the transition?
  • What is the risk of repricing and refinancing in private debt as a result of this transaction?

Two of Ocorian’s wonder women, Manli Zarandian – Business Development Manager, and Gabriella Miller – Business Development Support Manager will be in attendance, ready to answer any private debt service questions that you may have.
