About
Chantal joined Ocorian in September 2023 as Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Ocorian as Chief Executive Officer, Chantal was CEO of Capita Portfolio, the non-core assets division of Capita Plc. Her role involved leading a portfolio of businesses in diverse industries (insurance, legal, consulting, technology, software, life sciences, people and travel).
Chantal spent 23 years at Willis Towers Watson, the global risk and people consulting and brokerage firm, where she held several roles in Asia and Europe. In her last role, she was responsible for the Human Capital & Benefits Segment in Western Europe, including pensions consulting and administration, benefits brokerage, talent and rewards consulting and technology. She has also led large, global client accounts.
Chantal holds an MBA from Imperial College, London.
